The Automatic Payment Program (AutoPay) is a service offered by Lee County Utilities by which the customer's can make automatic monthly utility bill payments that are automatically deducted from their checking/savings account or credit/debit card.
By signing up for AutoPay, customers will not worry about writing a check each month OR about submitting payment by the invoice due date.
To sign up for the Automatic Payment Program (AutoPay), you will need to complete two things:
- Create a profile on our Customer Self-Service Center.
- Sign up for AutoPay using your credit/debit or checking/savings account. Click HERE to find out how.
Please allow four to six weeks for the Automatic Payment program to take effect. Customers will know that their request has been fully processed when they see a message printed on their bill statement. Until they see a message, customers should continue to send payment.
