NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lee County, Florida, and the City of Cape Coral will conduct a governmental conflict assessment public meeting on Friday, the 18^th day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., in the East Room, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 33901.  The purpose of this public meeting is to comply with Florida law and the Florida Governmental Conflict Resolution Act, § 164, Fla.Stat., regarding a conflict between Lee County and the City of Cape Coral regarding the reconstruction of the Ceitus Barrier Boatlift.  During the conflict assessment meeting, both governmental entities will be discussing the issues pertaining to the reconstruction of the Ceitus Barrier and Boatlift.
