Notice of Public Hearing to approve the actions taken by the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County, Florida, pertaining to the issuance of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2012

Notice of a Public Hearing by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners to approve the actions taken by the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County, Florida, pertaining to the issuance of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2012 (multi-county program) in an aggregate amount not to exceed 99 Million Dollars.  The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 9:30 A. M. at the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, or as soon thereafter as it may be heard.   On October 19, 2011, the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County, Florida, adopted a Resolution approving the issuance of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2012 (Multi-County Program) in an amount not to exceed 99 Million Dollars.  The bonds will not constitute a debt to Lee County but will be payable solely from payments made from the revenues generated from the housing program.  Copies of the proposed resolution by the Board of County Commissioners;  the  minutes of the October 19, 2011 meeting during which the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County authorized  the proposed issuance of the Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2012 (Multi-County Program) up to 99 Million Dollars; the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County Resolution of October 19, 2011; the ad for the Authority’s  October 19, 2011 public hearing and the minutes of that public hearing  are available at Lee County Public Resources, First Floor of the Lee County Courthouse Building, 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida and may also be accessed on the internet at the following web address:  http://www.leegov.com/bocc
