NOTICE OF CONSIDERING SPECIAL COUNSEL PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE DEEPWATER HORIZON  OIL SPILL

On Thursday, the 26th day of January, at 3:00 o'clock p.m., the County Attorney’s Office will be interviewing representatives from the firm of Hinkle & Foran for the purpose of hearing presentation for proposal for outside legal counsel  with respect to claims resulting from the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.  Staff from the County Attorney’s Office and Visitor and Convention Bureau will be present to hear the presentation.

The presentation will be held in the Admin. East  Conference Room,  1st Floor, Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau, 2201 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida.
