NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Final Budget Hearing held on September 17, 2009, at 5:05 p.m. for the LEE COUNTY Board of County Commissioners was recessed and is being continued to Tuesday, September 29, 2009, beginning at 5:05 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

THE CONTINUATION MEETING ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED FOR THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2009 HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

This meeting is open to the public and interested citizens are invited to attend.
