PUBLIC NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 7th day of October, 2009, from 11:15 o’clock a.m., to 2:15 o’clock p.m., there will be a luncheon at the Southwest Florida International Airport, 11000 Terminal Access Road, Suite 8671, Fort Myers, Florida, held for the purpose of meeting and introducing Colonel Alfred Pantano, Commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District.
During the luncheon, beginning at 12:00 o’clock p.m. and ending at 2:15 o’clock p.m., presentations will be made to Colonel Pantano regarding Lee County projects, issues and programs, and the County’s unique relationship with the Corps. There will also be a question and answer session.
Two or more County Commissioners may attend the luncheon. The Commissioners may individually speak about and/or respond to questions concerning issues relating to the presentations provided and other issues relevant to Lee County. No decisions will be made by the Commissioners with respect to any issues discussed at this event.
