NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Wednesday, Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; Wednesday, July 11, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00
noon; Friday, July 20, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Southwest Florida International Airport Training and
Conference Center Small Conference Room located at 15924 Air Cargo Lane, Fort Myers, Florida; the Lee County Port Authority and I.A.F.F.-Local 1826 Professional Firefighters and Paramedics-District 10, will hold negotiations on their collective bargaining agreement.

 

1. Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County. The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.

 

2. Interested persons may attend the meeting.

 

3. Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which
the appeal is to be based.
