On Monday, November 25, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will meet in executive attorney/client session for the purpose of settlement discussions in the county litigation cases of Cammilot Partners, LLC v. Lee County, Case No. 09-CA-5630, Breese Rusk Glennon v. Lee County; Case No. 09-CA-4630, Dean & Dean Farms v. Lee County, Case No. 09-CA-5724; Sabasa Pass Grove, Inc. v. Lee County, Case No. 09-CA-5722, Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida.

            The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, and will adjourn to a closed session in the East Room of the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.  Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers.

            The meeting will be held per the criteria of Florida Statutes, Section 286.011(8).  The following individuals will be in attendance at this closed executive session:  County Commissioners: John E. Manning, Cecil L Pendergrass, Larry Kiker, and Frank Mann; Attorneys Richard Wm. Wesch, Andrea R. Fraser, John Turner, Kenneth G. Oertel, and County Manager Roger Desjarlais  The closed session of the meeting will be transcribed by Jennifer Budreau or other representative of the court reporting firm of Von Ahn Associates.
