NOTICE
The Lee County Attorney’s Office will present a review of the Florida Code of Ethics – Standards of Conduct, Disclosure Requirements and related matters. The following matters will be covered:
- Open Meetings and Public Records
- Standards of Conduct (F.S. Section 112.313)
- Voting Conflicts (F.S. Section 112.3143)
- Financial & Other Form Disclosures (F.S. Section 112.3145)
- Gift Restrictions (F.S. Sections 112.313 & 112.3148)
The above should be of interest to Lee County Advisory/Committee Board members and affected Lee County staff personnel. Attendance is open. Handouts of relevant information will be available. Time will be allotted at the end of the presentation for general questions and answers on the subjects reviewed.
