​Notice of Public Hearing Lee County Utilities (LCU) Yacht Club Colony Water System Rehabilitation Project A Final Public Hearing will be held at the Lee County Board of County Commissioners Chambers to ratify substantial completion of the Yacht Club Colony Water Distribution System Rehabilitation Project ("Project") and to confirm the special assessment for all properties benefited by the Project within the Yacht Club Colony subdivision.  October 21, 2014 the Board held a public hearing and adopted Resolution No. 14-10-18 ("Commencement Resolution") authorizing commencement of construction for the Project to include the installation of potable water lines, abandonment, removal and disposal of existing pipe and connection to an existing water main on Winston Road.
