PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE BE ADVISED that one or more members of the Lee County Conservation 20/20 Land Acquisition and Stewardship Advisory Committee of the Conservation 20/20 Environmental Land Program and County staff will conduct a site inspection of property to be considered by the Committee, as follows:

Property 1:      Nomination 539 (125+/- acres)

                        STRAP Nos.:   16-43-23-00-00003.0000 and 
                        16-43-23-00-00003.0090

                        AND

Property 2:      Nomination 540 (32 +/- acres)

                        STRAP No.:     16-43-23-00-00003.0030 

                        Property 1 and 2 are adjacent to one another, located in Northwest Lee County within the Yucca Pens Unit of the Cecil B. Webb Wildlife Management Area/Charlotte Harbor Flatwoods; approximately 1 mile East of Cape Coral Fire Station #7, east of Burnt Store Road.  See location map attached.

                        (Parties will caravan to the properties).

Public Notice – Nomination Site Location Map

Members of the public are welcome, but must provide their own transportation and other accommodations as necessary. No final decisions on acquisition of the properties will be made during the site inspection. The Board of County Commissioners will make final decisions regarding acquisition of property.
