The LEE COUNTY Board of County Commissioners has tentatively adopted a measure to increase its property tax levy.
Last year's property tax levy:- Initially proposed tax levy........................................$ 304,201,196
- Less tax reductions due to Value Adjustment Board
and other assessment changes ..................................$ 1,027,882 - Actual property tax levy..........................................$ 303,173,314
This year's proposed tax levy .........................................$ 321,215,229
