Statements before the Board of County Commissioners regarding the zoning case will be strictly limited to testimony presented to the Special Magistrate, testimony concerning the correctness of the findings of fact or conclusions of law contained in the record, or to allege the discovery of new, relevant information which was not available at the time of the hearing before the Special Magistrate.

To appeal a decision made by the Board of County Commissioners during a public hearing, a record of the proceedings will be needed. The person appealing the decision is required to ensure that the necessary verbatim record is made.
