On Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at 8:30 a.m., the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will meet in executive attorney / client session for the purpose of settlement discussions in the county litigation case of Eileen Schuman, John Brock & Susan Noe v. Lee County, Case No. 2:14-cv-00121-JES-CM, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division.

The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, and will adjourn to a closed session in the East Room of the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.  Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers.

The meeting will be held per the criteria of Florida Statutes, Section 286.011(8).  The following individuals will be in attendance at this closed executive session:  County Commissioners: John E. Manning, Cecil L Pendergrass, Larry Kiker, Brian Hamman, and Frank Mann; Attorneys:   Richard Wm. Wesch, Andrea R. Fraser, and Mark A. Trank; and County Manager Roger Desjarlais.  The closed session of the meeting will be transcribed by Jennifer Budreau or other representative of the court reporting firm of Von Ahn Associates Court Reporting.
