Notice is hereby given that there will be two public hearings before the Lee County Board of County Commissioners to consider the termination of the Alico Interchange Park Development Agreement related to the Alico Interchange Park Development of Regional Impact. The purpose of the proposed Development Agreement will be to terminate the existing development agreement and provide for the disposition of previously paid traffic mitigation.

The property is located in the Urban Community Future Land Use Category in Lee County, Florida. 

The Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, and Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Lee County Commission Meeting Room 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

A copy of the draft development agreement is available for public inspection at the Lee County Department of Community Development, 1500 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida, on any weekday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Anyone wishing to appeal the Board's decision(s) with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. Generally, a verbatim record, including all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, will be necessary.
