NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., and continuing on Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; and Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; and Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Southwest Florida International Airport Training and Conference Center Conference Room located at 15924 Air Cargo Lane, Fort Myers, Florida; the Lee County Port Authority and I.A.F.F.-Local 1826 Professional Firefighters and Paramedics-District 10, will hold negotiations on their collective bargaining agreement.
1. Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County. The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, 2nd Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.
2. Interested persons may attend the meeting.
3. Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
