PLEASE BE ADVISED that one or more members of the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Advisory Committee (CLASAC) – Conservation 20/20 Program and County staff will conduct a field trip of an existing preserve, as follows:
DATE: Saturday, June 3, 2017
What: CLASAC Field Trip 5 of 5: Charlotte Harbor Buffer Preserve (Parcel 262)
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
(Approximate time frame 2 hours for field trip)
Where: Meet at the northeast corner of the parcel located off Veterans Parkway in Cape Coral. There is no street address or parking lot. Driving directions: From the intersection of SW Pine Island Rd. and Veterans Parkway, travel south for 0.2 miles. Just after passing the ditch on the right side, along the northern boundary of the parcel, park your vehicle safely in the grass along Veterans Parkway. Registration in advance is required and preference is given to CLASAC members due to limited seating in the tour vehicles. Registration deadline is noon, Wednesday, May 31; please register as early as possible.
