NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 7th day of May, 2019, at 9:30 A.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the County Commissioner's Chambers, Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, Florida a public hearing will be held to consider the purchase of a tract of land for Conservation 20/20 Project 880, pursuant to §125.355 of the Florida Statutes.

Parcel 562 of the Conservation 2020 Land Acquisition Program.
STRAP Numbers 33-44-22-00-00006.0000; 33-44-22-00-00009.0060; 33-44-22-00-00009.0070; 33-44-22-00-00009.0080. The property owner is Awesome Pine Flatwoods, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The subject properties are located on the north side of Maria Drive, approximately 2,000 feet west of its intersection with Stringfellow Road, in Saint James City, on Pine Island, Lee County, Florida.
