At this meeting, the Board of County Commissioners will consider the purchase of a tract of land for Conservation 20/20 Project 8800 pursuant to §125.355 of the Florida Statutes.

The property owner is Waltco Commercial Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The subject properties are located in Saint James City, Lee County, Florida.
