PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the County Commissioners' Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. At this meeting, the Board of County Commissioners will consider the purchase of tracts of land for Conservation 20/20 Project pursuant to Section 125.355 of the Florida Statutes.

Parcel No. 589 of the Conservation 2020 Land Acquisition Program.

STRAP Number 22-43-26-00-00004.0000 and 22-43-26-00-00004.0010. The property owner is Joy Properties, Inc., a Florida Corporation. The subject property is located in Section 22, Township 43 South, Range 26 East, Alva, Lee County, Florida.

ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN COMMENTING ON THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION OF THIS MATTER ARE REQUESTED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE TIME AND PLACE SET FORTH ABOVE.
