Invitation to Submit Proposals
for Landscape Maintenance
This is to invite landscapers to submit informal written proposals for landscape maintenance for the Lee County Municipal Services Taxing Units (MSTU) below. Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 a.m., June 29, 2010 in the office of MSTBU Services, 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, Florida. The proposals will be opened on that same day at an open meeting listed below:
Town and River SIU: 2:00 PM- Lee Room, 2115 Second St., Ft Myers, Fl 33901
Tanglewood SIU: 3:00 PM-Lee Room, 2115 Second St., Ft Myers, Fl. 33901
Proposals will not be valid unless they are sealed in an envelope marked "Sealed Proposal" and identified by the name of the firm, name or number of the proposal, and date and time of evaluation. Questions regarding this proposal should be directed to MSTBU Services at (239) 533-2120.
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held as follows:
Town & River SIU: June 16, 2010 @ 8:00a.m., at the entrance on McGregor Blvd. and Cypress Lake Drive. (MSTBU Quote No.: 10-10237)
Tanglewood SIU: June 16, 2010 @ 9:00a.m., at the entrance on McGregor Blvd. and Tanglewood Parkway. (MSTBU Quote No.: 10-10208)
Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, but is highly recommended for anyone planning to submit a proposal. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, you may contact our office for a copy of the detailed specifications, or they will be available at the Pre-Proposal Conferences.
