The Lee County Recovery Task Force will host a public workshop on Friday, June 9 from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM at Collaboratory, located at 2031 Jackson St., Fort Myers, FL, 33901. The following attainable and resilient housing topics will be discussed:

   A. Incentivizing the production of multi-unit, attainable housing, with a focus on                     financial incentives.

   B. Incentivizing the production of multi-unit, attainable housing, with a focus on land             use policy and innovative solutions.

   C. Incentivizing the production of multi-unit, attainable housing, with a focus on                     streamlining permitting processes.

Beginning June 5, the Recovery Task Force will be hosting a series of workshops designed to engage subject-matter experts in the Recovery and Resilience Planning process. The workshops will include presentations and discussions from expert panelists that inform the Recovery and Resilience Plan and allow for public participation in the planning process.

This meeting is open to the public. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Recovery Task Force.
