PLEASE BE ADVISED that members of the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Committee (CLASAC) and County staff will conduct a site inspection of property to be considered by the Committee, as follows:

DATE:            Wednesday, December 15, 2010

Property 1:   Nomination 461-2; 157+/-acres;

The property is located south of SR-82 off of Green Meadow Road

Strap Nos.:     26-45-26-00-00001.0030 and 26-45-26-00-00001.0040

Time:              10:00 a.m. (Approximate time frame 1 and ½ hours for field review)

Where:            Meet at the Jamerson Farms Packing House (First driveway on the right on Green Meadow Road).

Property 2:   Nomination 475; 50.9+/-acres;

The property is located south of Cemetery and off of Jackson Road

Strap Nos.:     Multiple parcels within Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East

Time:              1:00 p.m. (Approximate time frame 1 and ½ to 2 hours for field review)

Where:            15400 Broken J Ranch Road, Fort Myers, FL  33905

Property 3:   Nomination 455; 45.12+/-acres;

The property is located south of Conservation 20/20 Buckingham Trails Preserve (Nomination 371) and north of Buckingham Road.

Time:              3:30 p.m. (Approximate time frame 45 minutes to 1 hour for field review)

Where:            8010 Buckingham Road, Fort Myers, FL  33905

Two or more members of the CLASAC Committee may attend the site inspection.  No final decisions on acquisition of the property will be made during the site visit.  Members of the public are welcome, but must provide their own transportation and other accommodations as necessary.
