PLEASE BE ADVISED that members of the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Committee (CLASAC) and County staff will conduct site inspections of property to be considered by the Committee, as follows:

DATE:            Tuesday, November 30, 2010

Property 1:   Nomination 301-3; 44 +/-acres; The property is adjacent to the Conservation 20/20 Pine Lake Preserve (Nomination 119), Bonita Springs, FL

Strap Nos.:       Multiple parcels within Sections 31, in Township 47 South, and Range 26 East

Time:              3:00 p.m. (Approximate time frame 1          hour for field review)

Where:             The property is located at 27301 & 27451 Kent Road, Bonita Springs, FL
Meet at the intersection of Kent Road and Lake Shalimar Drive

Property 2:  Nomination 364-2; 80+/-acres; The property is located in south Fort Myers off of Island Park Road, adjacent to the Conservation 20/20 Estero Marsh Preserve (Nominations 66 and 128)

Strap No.:         Multiple parcels within Section 12, in Township 46 South, and Range 24 East

Time:              4:30 p.m. (Approximate time frame ½ hour to an hour for field review)

Where:             Meet at the southwestern side of the Goodwill Parking lot

Two or more members of the CLASAC Committee may attend the site inspections.  No final decisions on acquisition of the property will be made during the site visits.  Members of the public are welcome, but must provide their own transportation and other accommodations as necessary.
