NOTICE OF CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS

ARTICLE 17  PAY PLAN AND ARTICLE 23 - INCENTIVE PAY    

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., and continuing on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.; Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.; Monday, April 4, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.; Monday, April 18, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., and Friday, May 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the Southwest Florida International Airport Training and Conference Center Conference Room located at 15924 Air Cargo Lane, Fort Myers, Florida; the Lee County Port Authority and I.A.F.F.-Local 1826 Professional Firefighters and Paramedics-District 10, will hold negotiations on Article 17 - Pay Plan and Article 23 - Incentive Pay.

1.         Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County.  The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.

2.         Interested persons may attend the meeting.

3.         Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
