NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 10th day of May, 2011, from 5:30 p.m., to 8:30 p.m., there will be a “Speed Politics” Event at The Resort at Marina Village, 5951 Silver King Boulevard, Cape Coral, Florida, held for the purpose of meeting and speaking with various elected officials from the City of Cape Coral and the Lee County Board of County Commissioners.
This event is open to the public and sponsored by the Public Affairs Committee of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, and other sponsors. Networking begins at 5:30 p.m., and the “Speed Politics” portion of the event begins at 6:30 p.m.
In addition to the representatives from the City of Cape Coral, County Commissioners John Manning, Tammy Hall, Ray Judah and Brian Bigelow are scheduled to attend this event. The Commissioners may individually speak about and/or respond to questions concerning issues relating to matters that may come before the Board of County Commissioners for consideration. No decisions will be made by the Commissioners at this event.
