PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN HALL MEETING

            PLEASE BE ADVISED that Lee County Commissioner Tammy Hall will hold a Town Hall Meeting on Monday, August 22, 2011, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., in the Lee County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

            Other  members of the County Commission may also be attending the meeting.  The purpose of this Town Hall Meeting is to discuss the Waterway Estates Wastewater Diversion Project.  An overview of the Project will be given by Pam Keyes, P.E., Director of Lee County Utilities.  Following Ms. Keyes’ presentation, there will be a Question and Answer Session.  The attending Commissioner(s) may speak and/or respond to questions individually about the information presented at the meeting which may constitute issues that could be considered at a subsequent regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners.  No decisions will be made by the attending Commissioner(s) at this Town Hall Meeting.

            This meeting is open to the public, and interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in the discussions.    The meeting will also be videotaped and placed on the videotaped and placed on the District 4 webpage for future reference.       If you have a disability that will require special assistance or accommodations for your attendance at the public meeting, please call the Estero High School at 947-9400 for information.
