NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT A LEE COUNTY ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, Florida will consider the enactment of a county ordinance on Tuesday, the 13th day of September, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. The title of the proposed ordinance is:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, REPEALING AND REPLACING THE “LEE COUNTY NON-CONSENT TOWING, PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING, IMMOBILIZATION AND STORAGE OF VEHICLES ORDINANCE” NO. 94-27, AS AMENDED BY 00-13; PROVIDING FOR MAXIMUM FEES AND ESTABLISHING CRITERIA FOR ISSUANCE OF TOWING OPERTOR PERMITS.

Copies of this Notice and the proposed ordinance are available for inspection or copying during regular business hours at the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County, located in the Courthouse Administration Building, 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting in person or through counsel, and be heard with respect to the adoption of the proposed ordinance.
