PUBLIC NOTICE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the "2012 Everglades Coalition Annual Conference", hosted by Earthjustice, will be held January 5 - 8, 2012, at the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina, 555 NE Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida.

Commissioner Ray Judah, Commissioner Tammara Hall and Commissioner Bigelow, are anticipated to attend this Conference.  The Commissioners may individually speak about and/or respond to questions concerning issues relating to marine life, the future of the Everglades Agricultural Area, and Lake Okeechobee and Everglades Restoration, among others.  No decisions or actions will be taken by the Board members individually or collectively while attending the Conference.
