Details: Provide Project Details   This project involves the renovation of the existing South County Regional library in Estero, FL.  Currently the scope of this project is to renovate only the interior of the building with some entry modifications.  The scope will also include the updating of the existing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems that have been in place since the building was constructed.  This project is currently in the schematic design phase.
