This facility has a small park area with a playground, pavilion, picnic tables, a grill, and outdoor restrooms. All amentities in the park are on a first come, first served basis. The community center located in the park can be rented for wedding receptions, baby showers, family reunions, birthday parties, etc. Please keep all motorized vehicles off the grass at all times. Please email bwemer@leegov.com or call (239) 922-4219 Monday through Friday for Olga Community Center reservations.

Pavilion

• The pavilion has eight picnic tables and two grills; one single and one double. 
  

Building Rental

• The center can be rented between the hours of 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.

• Amenities include tables, chairs, stage, restrooms, and a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, ice machine, and sink.

• There are three 6ft tables, four 8ft tables, ten round tables, and chairs for 50 people available. The maximum number of people permitted is 50.

• Sternos, candles, smoke/fog machines, glitter, and confetti are strictly prohibited for use on the property. Alcohol is also prohibited on property. Smoking is not permiited inside the center or within 50 ft of the center's entrances.
• Staples, screws, or tacks on the tables, chairs, walls, on the outside of the building, or on the trees for decorations is not permitted. All decorations must be removed during clean up after your event.
• There are approximately 20 parking spaces available. Please plan to carpool. Handicap parking is available.
• All reservations will now require general liability insurance. The cost is roughly $100 and you can obtain this insurance through The Event Helper website. An Event Waiver and Release of Liability Form is also required.

• ​The cost of the rental is $40 per hour and a $250 refundable security deposit is required.
  
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover payment only.
  
• A pre-inspection and post-inspection of the facility is required for each event.
  
• A bounce house is allowed outdoors. Licensed vendor must provide power.
  
• There are no weekends available until August 2025.
