Recreational Boaters may use the ramp on:
Saturdays, Sundays and Lee County recognized holidays only. Listed below are the recognized holidays:

Recreational Use

Recreational boaters and anglers can resume using the ramp during regular recreational hours, which are on Saturdays, Sundays and Lee County-recognized holidays. The gate will be open 6:30 a.m.- 8:30 p.m. The marina is limited to commercial use Monday through Friday.

This Marina has a single lane boat ramp with parking spots for vehicles with boat trailers. Daily parking fee of $10. The Lee County Parks & Recreation parking sticker honored on weekends and county holidays only.

Commercial Use

  • PICM PARKING DECAL (Required to park Monday - Friday) $200 per year (Regular business hours 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
  • PICM PARKING DECAL II (Required to park Monday - Friday) $400 per year (24 hours)
  • PINE ISLAND COMMERCIAL MARINA RATES Wet Slip Rental with an annual lease (includes one PICM PD II per slip) $400 monthly Wet Slip Rental.
  •  $400 daily Bump fee for barges to load and/or unload (not to exceed 24 hours) First come first serve, must contact site Supervisor with proper insurance prior to bumping in. 

Significant prop scarring of the seagrass flats between the Pine Island Commercial Marina and Demere Key is evident. These seagrass beds need to heal. All motorized vessels are to use the marked channel along the Demere Key causeway (A posted No Wake Zone). A reminder regarding Florida Law as posted at the marina: "Destruction of Seagrass in Aquatic Preserves is a violation of Florida Law (Section 253.04(3)(a)F.S.) and carries a penalty of up to $1000."

Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.
