Lee County reaps important benefits when all local households respond to the 2020 Census, which counts every person living in the 50 states, District of Columbia, and five U.S. territories.
Homes across Lee County are receiving invitations to complete the 2020 Census. Once the invitation arrives, residents should respond in one of three ways: online, by phone, or by mail. Media is an important partner in spreading the messages: “You Count!” and “Your Census. Your way.”
April 1: Census Day is observed nationwide. This is a great day to kick off your US Census coverage, which can continue through July. See the Important Dates link here along with useful tools, data, and downloadable videos and visuals.
