NOTICE OF SELECTION OF SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE DEEPWATER HORIZON OIL SPILL
On Friday, the 3rd day of February, at 4:00 o'clock p.m., the County Attorney’s Office will make their selection for outside legal counsel with respect to claims resulting from the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. After presentations on January 25th and 26th the following firms are being considered:
Hinkle & Foran
Beasley Allen
Staff from the County Attorney’s Office and Visitor and Convention Bureau will be making the selection in order to present to the Board of County Commissioners.
The meeting will be held in the County Attorney’s Office, 6th Floor, Lee County Courthouse Administration Building, 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida.
