NOTICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and continuing on Friday, March 9, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Tuesday, March 20, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Thursday, April 5, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Monday, April 16, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Monday, April 23, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and Monday, April 30, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Southwest Florida International Airport Training and Conference Center Small Conference Room located at 15924 Air Cargo Lane, Fort Myers, Florida; the Lee County Port Authority and I.A.F.F.-Local 1826 Professional Firefighters and Paramedics-District 10, will hold negotiations on their collective bargaining agreement.

1.         Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County.  The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.

2.         Interested persons may attend the meeting.

3.         Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
