NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR APPROVAL
OF A

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 62-625, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), Lee County has developed and submitted for approval by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), a pretreatment program modification for its wastewater facility (WWF), consisting of revisions to the County's sewer use ordinance and local discharge limitations.
