The Board of Lee County Commissioners will conduct a Second Budget Workshop Meeting on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, beginning at 1:00 p.m., to discuss and consider the proposed County Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for Fiscal Year 2012-13.  A Third Budget Workshop Meeting is tentatively scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012, if needed.

            These Workshop Meetings will be held in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.  The meetings are open to the public and interested citizens are invited to attend, however, no public input will be taken at these Workshops.  Also, no final decisions with respect to the County’s 2012-13 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets will be made by the Board at these Workshop Meetings.
