NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lee County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, and the City of Cape Coral, acting by and through its City Council, will hold an Ad Hoc Committee Meeting on Thursday, the 4th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., East Room, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901. The purpose of this Ad Hoc Committee Meeting is to comply with Florida law and the Florida Governmental Conflict Resolution Act, § 164, Fla. Stat., regarding a conflict between Lee County and the City of Cape Coral regarding the reconstruction of the Ceitus Barrier Boatlift. During the meeting, both governmental entities will be considering the statement of issues prepared by staff members in order to seek an agreement on the issues pertaining to the reconstruction of the Ceitus Barrier Boatlift.
