NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, Florida will consider the enactment of a County Ordinance pursuant to Article VIII, Section 1, of the State Constitution, Chapter 125, Florida Statutes. The proposed County Ordinance is:
AMENDS A LEE COUNTY ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE NORTH FORT MYERS STREETLIGHTING AND SIDEWALK UNIT; IN ORDER TO AMEND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE UNIT.
There will be one public hearing held in the County Commissioners’ Chambers, Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 9:30 AM, or as seen thereafter as can be heard. If adopted the ordinance will take effect upon filing with the Office of the Secretary of the Florida Department of State.
Copies of this Notice and the proposed ordinance are available for inspection during regular business hours at the Office of Public Resources located in the Courthouse Administration Building, 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers, FL.
Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
