NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and continuing on Friday, April 10, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and Tuesday, June 30, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Southwest Florida International Airport - Airport Fire Station #92 Conference Room, 17211 Perimeter Road, Fort Myers, Florida 33913; the Lee County Port Authority and Southwest Florida Professional Firefighters and Paramedics - Local 1826/International Association of Firefighters, Inc., will hold negotiations on their collective bargaining agreement.

1.       Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County.  The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.

2.       Interested persons may attend the meeting.

3.       Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of a session with respect to any matter considered during a session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
