The Board of County Commissioners approved a study of up to $50,000 to do a market-based assessment for commercial and mixed use development in North Fort Myers.  Lee County has hired DCG Corplan Consulting, LLC to conduct the study. 

The Consultants will identify market opportunities and constraints to development that may be mitigated by a change in County policy or other actions. The Consultants will propose land uses, policies, programs and/or actions that will help the area by enhancing property values, and the overall productivity and function of the area.
