NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 6, 2017 beginning at 11:00 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to a call by the Chairman, will conduct a Special Meeting in the Old Lee County Courthouse in Commission Chambers, Second Floor, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, for the purpose of addressing the following matter:

Scheduling a closed/executive session regarding Donna Ward and Glenn Johnson v. Lee County, 14-CA-003368.

This special meeting is open to the public, and interested citizens are invited to attend.
