NOTICE OF BARGAINING SESSION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Friday, the 1st day of October, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the County/City Annex Building, 1825 Hendry Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 3rd Floor, Room 315B (Located at the front of the Purchasing Department), Lee County Emergency Medical Services and the I.A.E.P. - Local 533 International Association of EMTs and Paramedics, will hold a bargaining session.
1. Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County. The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.
2. Interested persons may attend the meeting.
3. Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
