NOTICE OF LEE COUNTY COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

CONCERNING INFORMATION FOR

TRUTH IN MILLAGE (TRIM) NOTIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 6, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

The purpose of this meeting is to determine proposed FY 09-10 millage rates, rolled back rates, and the date, time and place of the first public hearing relating to Lee County’s FY 09-10 budget.  This information will then be duly provided to the Property Appraiser for inclusion on the Truth in Millage (TRIM) notifications.

This special meeting is open to the public, and interested citizens are invited to attend.
