A meeting of the Lee County Port Authority Staff Evaluation Committee will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., to review and evaluate responses received pursuant to the referenced solicitation.
The meeting will be held on the Third Floor Mezzanine in the Right Brothers Conference Room at the Southwest Florida International Airport, located at 11000 Terminal Access Road, Fort Myers, Florida. Section 286.0113, Florida Statutes provides that meetings of persons appointed to evaluate bids or proposals and negotiate contracts may be closed in certain circumstances. Specifically, portions of such meetings may be closed to the public during oral presentations made by a vendor, or where a vendor answers questions. Portions of the meeting that do not involve presentations, questions and answers, or negotiation strategy or negotiation sessions are open to the public and competing bidders. The portions of any meeting that is closed will be recorded.
The meeting is open to the public, but public comment will not be solicited or entertained.
