PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE BE ADVISED that members of the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Committee (CLASAC) and County staff will conduct site inspections of property to be considered by the Committee, as follows:

DATE:            MONDAY, November 29, 2010

Property 1:     Nomination 457; 1150+/-acres;

The property is located approximately one-half mile east of the Conservation 20/20 Imperial Marsh Preserve in the southeastern portion of the County, south of Corkscrew Road and touches the northern boundary of Collier County.   

Strap Nos.:    Multiple parcels within Sections 27, 33, and 34 in Township 46 South, and Range 27 East

Time:              9:30 a.m. (Approximate time frame 2.5 to 3 hours for field review)

Where:           The property is accessed by traveling east on Corkscrew Road to the entrance at 21000 TPI Road, Estero, FL.  

Property 2:     Nomination 252-2; 255 +/-acres;

­                        The property is located approximately one-half mile east of the Conservation 20/20 Imperial Marsh Preserve in the southeastern portion of the County, north of Corkscrew Road. 

Strap Nos.:    Multiple parcels within Section 22, in Township 46 South, and Range 27 East

Time:              1:30 p.m. (Approximate time frame 1 to 2 hours for field review)

Where:           21231 Corkscrew Road, Fort Myers, FL  33913

Two or more members of the CLASAC Committee may attend the site inspections.  No final decisions on acquisition of the property will be made during the site visits.  Members of the public are welcome, but must provide their own transportation and other accommodations as necessary.
