NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners will hold a joint meeting with State and County Constitutional Officers in the First Floor Conference Room, County Administration Building, 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida.

This joint meeting is being held for the purpose of holding discussions with the several Constitutional Officers of the State and the County to discuss their immediate and long-term fiscal needs and those impacts on the upcoming Fiscal Year 2011/12 County Budget.

This meeting is open to the public, and interested citizens are invited to attend, however, no public input will be taken at the joint meeting.  Additionally, no decisions by the Board of County Commissioners will be made at this joint meeting with respect to the County Budget.
