NOTICE OF BARGAINING SESSION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 15th day of September, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Community Development Building, 1500 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida, First Floor Conference Room, Lee County Emergency Medical Services and the I.A.F.F. - Local 1826 Professional Firefighters & Paramedics - District 2, will hold an impact bargaining session.
1. Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County. The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.
2. Interested persons may attend the meeting.
3. Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
