NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT A LEE COUNTY ORDINANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County, Florida will consider the enactment of two county ordinances on Tuesday, the 13th day of September, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. The titles of the proposed ordinances are:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEE COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION ORDINANCE 06-26, AMENDING SECTION 6.1 PERTAINING TO WEAPONS. - and -
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEE COUNTY NOISE CONTROL ORDINANCE NO. 93-15, AS AMENDED, TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF “IMPULSIVE SOUND”.
1. Copies of this Notice and the proposed ordinance are available for inspection or copying during regular business hours at the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County, located in the Courthouse Administration Building, 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting in person or through counsel, and be heard with respect to the adoption of the proposed ordinance.
