A fully executed Easement and Encumbrances Disclosure and Acknowledgment document is required for all fence permit applications and is REQUIRED to be signed by the property owner. This document is to ensure that the property owner is aware that a fence placed in an easement (whether placed intentionally with the consent of the easement holder or unintentionally) must be removed at the expense of the property owner when requested by the easement holder.
